  2. This contest is open to Malaysian secondary schoolers ages 13 - 17 years old
  3. Contest starts from 15 May 2024 (Wed) 10:00 to 30 June 2024 (Sun) 23:59 (GMT+8)
  4. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions
  5. Only entries posted on TikTok with relevant content, that have FOLLOWED and TAGGED the promoter appropriately @theoneacademy on TikTok and used the competition HASHTAG #contengchallenge will be considered as competition entries
  6. Each submission is subject to the responsibility of the entrant
  7. By joining this contest, you agree to allow for your entry to be re-posted on other social media platforms of The One Academy
  8. Vandalism, obscenity, graffiti, political or violent creations are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification. The entrant is solely responsible for any legal ramifications resulting from such actions
  9. Entrants are encouraged to utilise only old/ recyclable and personal materials
  10. No entry fee is needed to enter this contest
  11. An individual may submit multiple entries, but only one winning entry will be considered, and only one prize will be granted
  12. There are 2 prizes to be won under Shortlisted Entries:
    - 1st Prize 'Most Creative' is a 10.9-inch iPad
    - 2nd Prize 'Most Popular' is a Wacom pen tablet
  13. Prize will be issued to the TikTok account holder of the winning entry. The prize is as stated; no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable
  14. Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges from The One Academy
  15. After the closing date, a batch of shortlisted entries will be selected. From there, winners for 'Most Creative' and 'Most Popular' will be determined. The post with the highest number of likes among the shortlisted entries will be awarded 'Most Popular'
  16. The One Academy’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition including the choosing of winners will be final. Any attempts at negotiation, complaints, or expressions of dissatisfaction will not be entertained
  17. Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on TikTok within 10 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner or pick a replacement
  18. Please allow ONE MONTH for delivery of the prize, or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement
  19. Winners are required to provide their full name, IC number, house address, mobile contact no. for prize collection
  20. By participating in this contest, you consent to the processing of your Personal Data as set out in the Personal Data Protection Notice (viewable at https://www.toa.edu.my/pdpa-notice) by The One Academy and all persons involved in the provision of services by The One Academy
  21. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct and up-to-date details when accepting the prize. The One Academy cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize
  22. The One Academy shall have the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and at any time
